02. Messerschmidt repairs motor-cars, manufactures milch-cans
60% of the former Messerschmidt plant in Augsburg which produced fighters suffered from war damage. But everywhere on the devasted lot of the factory reconstruction work is in progress.
At present 1200 workers are re-employed. They built a brick-cleaner to hurry up rebuilding 70% of the old bricks can be used again.
The Messerschmidt plant was divided into many units. This firm began one year ago with 13 workers to reconstruct the damaged halls.
