a. Manstein Trial
The last British War Crime Trial against the Former General Field Marshal von Manstein began in Hamburg. Von Manstein is accused of 17 different crimes. The Free Mason idea is, in its present form, about 200 years old. It is spread all over the world. Their most famous German members were Emperor Friedrich Wilhelm I, Frederic the Great, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart - and Johann Wolfgang von Goethe.

a. Water Polo Championship Munich
The German water polo championship 1949 was played in Munich. The six best German teams participated. Here are some shots from the final:
